Once again, I know how you feel! I did some strength training the other day to get started on making my arms look decent after a winter of non-use, and the day after... I thought they'd fall off! My goodness, it was excruciating to try to extend them!

Ouch! o_o I didn't do that much. Oddly, I think it's the stationary bicycle thingy that did it since I've been weight lifting for awhile without problems. o_O that's just weird.
